HISTORY
The credit union was incorporated in 1982 as the SOCH and BCMH employees federal credit union. At first we offered share (savings) accounts and personal loans to members of Memorial Hospital, Mt. Holly, New Jersey and Southern Ocean County Hospital, Manahawkin, New Jersey.As we began to grow our name changed to Health Care of New Jersey Federal Credit Union, as it is known today. With this growth we were able to offer more services to our customers, such as checking accounts, debit cards, auto and home equity loans, and as of 2011 our services will include on-line banking and bill pay.
Our history as well as our future is based on making sound financial decisions. You can depend on your Board of Directors and Management Staff to continue to do so.
